We purchased two tickets for Paul Anka. The performance was to be on Nov.

5, 2017. Later, they changed the date to Feb. 12, 2018. that conflicted with other plans we had (not changeable).

Asked for refund as it was their fault we can't attend the performance now. According to them, we're out $281, and a thank you very much from them. We will be contacting our CC company to see what they can do about getting our money back, as we haven't received the tickets yet.

There has been a family event (wedding) planed for that date, out of town for us and we're members of the party. Doesn't seem fair since they moved the date.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $281.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ticket Center Cons: Refund policy when they changed the performance dates.
