Ticket Center - Unreputable ticket re-sellers
I recently purchased 4 BEST AVAILABLE tickets for the Cinderella production in Hartford, Connecticut. Based upon a seating chart the tickets placed us in the second row of the Mezzanine front.
These were gifts for two of the 4 of us and we were all excited to see the show. I paid a total of $578.00 for these 4 tickets. Yesterday we went to the show. We drove down from New Hampshire and our guests drove from Maine.
The actual seats we got were in the back of the mezzanine worth $38.00 a piece! I immediately went to the box office where I learned that we had been scalped! The only options were to remain up in the "rafters" or "upgrade" our seats for another $258.00!!! So for a grand total of $868.00 we were able to see the show from orchestra seats apart from each other!
Is there any action I can take that can afford me some degree of justice?!!
Reason of review: Cheated.
Monetary Loss: $685.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ticket Center Pros: Prompt delivery of my tickets.
Ticket Center Cons: Dishonesty, Scam of a company, Money hungry, Immoral behavior to innocent customers, Spending 578 dollars for 4 38 dollaer not located.

We should start a class action lawsuit against these people. I didn't realize they were NOT ticket master until it was too late. There are hundreds of complains about this company.
