Ticket Center agreed to refund my ticket purchase after a confusing user interface experience via their online ticket purchasing website.
Pay attention to details before hitting submit! I purchased tickets for July 3, but was somehow confimed for the next day, June 26. They have a stout no refund policy.
Several conversations with customer service, and I am told I will be issued a full refund.
If you call, ask to speak with Vince - he's the guy with the sense. โก

I'm looking to get a refund too. Like many people here I googled the venue and clicked the first one that popped up and ended up paying 3 times the price.
You are the only one I hear of actually getting a refund. What did you say to them exactly to get that that?
